UMKC Dental school workshop
The University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry is going to have a special dental exploration session on Feb. 8th with extensive hands-on activities for students interested in pursuing a career in Dentistry.
On February 8th, 2014 from 10:00am to 2:30pm the UMKC School of Dentistry will be having a Dental Research Explorer Post, where there will be several hands-on activities for students interested in Dental School. Naval Reserves will be instructing participants on IV insertion, taking blood pressure, and suturing. The Student National Dental Association/Hispanic Student Dental Association will instruct participants on drilling/filling teeth and making dental impressions.
This is a unique and great opportunity and we encourage our interns to sign up!

The session will take place at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry 650 E. 25th Street, Kansas City, MO 64138 from 10am-2:30pm.
Special Instructions: Enter the Dental School on the north side of the building. Participants will assemble in room 217B. Afterwards, everyone will proceed to the preclinical labs in room 281 and 286. Lunch will be provided.
