En este regreso a clases ¿Es segura la vacuna del #COVID19 para mi hijo de 12 años? ¿Necesito una tercer dósis? Siguen existiendo muchas preguntas acerca del COVID-19 en nuestra comunidad. En este episodio el Dr. Mario Castro y el Dr. Ed Ellerbeck nos responden a esas preguntas. ¡Es muy importante que todos nos vacunemos!

Dr. Mario Castro Dr.
Castro joined the University of Kansas Medical Center in 2019 after 25 years at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, where he oversaw the asthma and airway translational research unit, which conducted 30 clinical trials at once. He is currently the Scientific Director of Rainbow’s Clinical and Translational Sciences Unit, the Chief of the Division of Pulmonary Medicine, Intensive Care and Sleep Medicine in the Department of Internal Medicine, and is Vice President of Clinical and Translational Research at the University of Kansas Medical Center.
 

Dr. Ed Ellerbeck 
Dr. Ellerbeck President in Population Health. He is also a Visiting Professor at KU Cancer Center and the Center for Clinical and Translational Research Education, Frontiers CTSA. Dr. Edward Ellerbeck is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Preventive Medicine with a subcertification in public health and general preventive medicine. He completed a fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He earned his medical degree and completed his residency at the University of Missouri in Kansas City. Dr. Ellerbeck strives to provide high-quality, comprehensive care. He believes in helping patients get the information they need to control their own diseases.
